Biography
Judith B. Clinco, RN, BS, President and CEO of Catalina In-Home
Services, Inc., Tucson Arizona, has been an innovator in community-based
long-term care for more than 25 years. A tireless advocate for professional
standards for senior home care aide education and service, she also
promotes livable wages and benefits for the industry.
Judith is an active participant on the National Council on Aging's
Institute for Community Based Long Term Care Committee and a past
member of the Advisory Board for the Home Care Aide Association
of America. She has received the YMCA Women on the Move Award, the
Arthur Andersen Award for Innovation, the Working Women's Regional
Award for Best Employer, and Arizona Nurses' Association Awards

of the Old Fort Lowell Neighborhood Association, Judy started the
Old Fort Lowell Live at Home Program. This model volunteer organization
services Tucson seniors and disabled who live in the neighborhood
with companionship, transportation, yard work, home maintenance,
light housekeeping, and meals.
In December 2000, Judith started "The Direct Caregiver Association"
(DCGA), nonprofit training program dedicated to providing leading
edge training to professional Direct Caregivers. The DCGA offers
the only program in Arizona that combines caregiver training with
nursing assistant training services, which results in more healthcare
job opportunities for their graduates.
